Asterisk Distributions

If you are new to Asterisk or are after an easier initial setup then a distribution designed around Asterisk may be the way to go.
These distributions will usually setup a pre-configured Linux system with Asterisk ready to go and possibly even include a GUI interface for adjusting Asterisk settings.
The amount of pre-configuration and included tools will vary dependant on the distributions focus.
