From New Zealand VoIP Users Group

Jump to: navigation, search

Welcome To voipusers.org.nz

This site is intended to be a freely editable and accessible resource for users of VoIP products and services. It is focused on New Zealand users, but most of the information is still very relevant to other countries as well.

With a free membership, you can create and edit your own (and others) articles, making this a truly collaborative effort for the good of the community as a whole. Please follow the mantra of Wikipedia and "be bold" - create articles, link to them from other articles & make changes and corrections where you see fit. (But the similarity to Wikipedia can end there!). See Creating An Article for information on how best to edit pages.

Articles in red do not exist (yet), we need you to click on them, and create them - even if you cant finish it, or format it right, others can help build on your work!

For discussion on the merits of an article (or proposed changes/additions/deletions), please use that articles discussion page. For protracted discussions that could be of benefit to the entire VoIP community, and perhaps later transplanted into the wiki as an article, please use our Mailing List.

Notice Board

  • A nicer logo for the users group would be fantastic. I'm not a designer so just put up this temporary thing you see to your left. If anyone can contribute a nice logo for us to use please do. Just create a page/upload it to the wiki or contact me. Cheers -- HadleyRich 19:52, 17 April 2007 (NZST)

What Happened To astug.org.nz?

astug.org.nz was a site aimed primarily at Asterisk users. As part of the merge with voipusers, the new site (wiki and mailing list), is now focused on VoIP in general (and not just Asterisk in particular). This change should help boost numbers of users, and the number, and quality of articles on the site.
