Voice prompts are pre-recorded files which one can add to ones PBX to interact with callers. Prompts are used throughout asterisk whether its voicemail, IVR, error messages, or queue announcements. By default, an American accented collection is supplied however users may want to obtain custom versions depending on their needs (such as different country, language etc).
The purpose of this page is to provide information about where to obtain these files and how to 'install' them.
