Voicetronix is an Australian based manufcturer of VoIP products. Their OpenPCI cards are populated with FXO and/or FXS 4 port modules. http://www.voicetronix.com.au/Images/openpci-white.jpg
One or two modules of either sort can be configured, giving a total of either 4 or 8 ports on the one PCI card.

They do other cards as well.

They are telepermitted for NZ.
