From New Zealand VoIP Users Group

The X100P is a single port FXO device. They are useful for home boxes and testing although a TDM400P is recommended for production use.

The cards are of lower quality than the TDM400P and reportedly have more problem with echo.

The X100P is discontinued by Digium and is not suitable for a Telepermit in New Zealand.

There are however, some cheap (~USD$10) clone X100Ps which are common because they are, well, cheap :)

Borrow a card from our library

We have three cards that you are able to borrow for testing purposes. Should you like asterisk enough you should then get your own card. If you would like to borrow one for a month please sign up to the Mailing List and post a message introducing yourself and stating that you would like to borrow one of the cards. Someone from the membership will get one delivered to you.
